Department of Botany

The Under Graduate Department of Botany was established in 2021 with Prof. Abdul Majeed K K as its Founder Head. This course offers Zoology and Chemistry as Complementary Subjects. While following the syllabus of University of Calicut, the department through its subject oriented outreach programs, tries to enable the students play a crucial role in solving several of the challenges faced by plants.

Department aims to form citizens who are globally competent in Plant Science and equips students to meet the challenging trends in the field of Botany. The department provides a well equipped laboratory to cater the requirements of the students.
